Mark elaborates, “I engage with many hospitals and health systems going through the pains of meeting compliancy in their search for a platform to print tamper-resistant prescriptions. I do my research before speaking with a potential client. I know what EMR they’re using and we discuss local clients we have in their area, or other healthcare organizations where we’ve provided a solution similar to their own challenges. During initial conversations I ask questions, then I try to get as many people at the organization involved to make sure we’re providing the best solution for all departments.”
