Request Your Return Labels
TROY and HP provide customers with pre-paid shipping labels, making it easy to participate in the recycling program.
Return Your Empty Cartridges
Once cartridges reach end-of-life, simply package and ship them back using the provided labels.
Sorting & Sustainable Processing
Returned cartridges are carefully sorted and disassembled. Any remaining toner particles are disposed of using environmentally responsible methods.
Closed-Loop Recycling
Recovered plastics and metals are transformed into raw materials for new, high-quality toner cartridges. Smaller residual materials may be repurposed into everyday items.
