Toner Claim Form Instructions

Prior to issuing an RGA for a toner cartridge, TROY requires the following form to be completed. Please complete the following steps so that the TROY Support team can help to resolve your issue.


  1. Open our toner claim form HERE and follow the directions making sure to complete all sections.
  2. Once the form is completed and saved. Email the form to TROY Technical Support.
  3. Please include the Configuration Page and Supplies Status Page as an attachment on the email as well. Without this information the claim can not be fully processed. If you need assistance printing these pages please contact TROY Support at 304-232-0899.
