SecureDocs has the ability to add personalized, on demand, layered security to any document including both preprinted security forms as well as new documents and records. A large number of companies rely solely on preprinted security paper to protect their high value documents. Though preprinted security paper does a good job of securing the base document, it does not address the security of personal data that is added to the document at the point of print. By not securing personal data, companies are leaving themselves vulnerable to unauthorized modifications, forgery or photocopying. SecureDocs helps companies by adding another layer of protection to their documents. Personalized security features are added to each print file before it is routed to the printer giving companies an additional layer of security beyond preprinted stock and helping to create unique and secure documents.
TROYMark™: A unique watermark of user defined or variable data, printed diagonally across the front or back of each printed document. With multiple unique data fields, this intelligent anti-tampering technology helps to easily verify document authenticity.
TROY MicroPrint: Provides a secondary authentication method by using a very small font, which is readable when viewed at five times magnification or greater. TROY MicroPrint will appear illegible when copied and can be set up to display static text, variable text, or as part of the PrintTrace Feature.
TROY Copy Evident Pantograph: Used to prevent unauthorized copying, the pantograph is a hidden feature that appears across a photocopied or scanned version of a securely printed document in the form of a word such as "VOID", "Illegal" or "Copy".
Text Box: Displays static text to provide documents with user-generated content intended for the reader such as a warning box.
Image Elements: Incorporates unique icons, logos, seals, watermarks, and custom images to create personalized documents.
PrintTrace: Used as a tool to track print output by listing out the specific meta data desired to appear on a document such as, the document name, print date, document owner, printer name, server name, or computer name.
