Most organizations locate their network printers in an open environment which creates a security risk for any high value documents sent to that printer. The TROY Secure DXi 3015 printer is a cost effective option to manage this risk. Equipped with a 3 position key control, administrators can lock the printer, select normal HP printing functions, or enable security functions for high value documents. By using TROY Security toner, important documents are printed using a patented toner which will release a bright red stain if fraudulent alterations are attempted using solvents. Security is further enhanced with locking paper trays and tray shielding to prevent unauthorized removal of high value paper stock. |
